Returns & Exchanges

Sophie Bille Brahe offers a 14-day return period from the date of receipt for all fine jewelry, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Please note that bespoke or engraved pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our client service team at info@sophiebillebrahe.com with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective packaging, ensuring the certificate of authenticity and all original documentation are included inside the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Secure Shipment

  Affix the provided DHL express label to the outside of the box and schedule a collection or drop off the parcel at an authorized service point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier confirms the item meets our quality standards, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding initial shipping costs.
